The Joetta Clark Diggs Sports Foundation (J.C.D.S.F.) was founded by 4-time Olympian Joetta Clark Diggs. The JCDSF promotes involvement in physical activities for girls & boys ages K-12. The Foundation is committed to teaching good health and positive work ethics associated with participation in sports and introducing the different opportunities for girls & boys in the sports and entertainment industry.
Joetta Geniuses: Under this program we offer educational opportunities to graduating seniors. Scholarships are available to students who meet the following criteria:
A. Graduating Juniors in High School B. 3.0 GPA, participating in athletics
Head 2 Toe Fitness (H2T):
Our most popular program is dedicated to helping children and their families embrace fitness, Nutrition and Life Skills. Our programs are conducted for schools, corporations, recreation/community programs, etc. Our goal is to encourage our youth to create the daily physical, mental, life habits that will stay with them forever.
The focus of this program is to address and provide solutions to the childhood crisis of sedentary lifestyles and poor eating habits.
Track & Field Camps:
Through our camps we are dedicated to teaching and developing the various skills at the grassroots-elite levels needed to participate in the various track & field events.
Students Interested in Sports Career Opporutnities ( S.I.S.C.O.): Introduces the different opportunities that exist in the sports industry to students.
The Joetta Clark Diggs Sports Foundation works with large and small corporations throughout New Jersey such as Amerigroup Corp, Prudential, Johnson & Johnson, Nike, Panasonic, Provident Bank, Intel, Schering Plough, Merrill Lynch, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield., Colgate. Our sponsors have helped us offer free community programs to various schools and children organizations throughout the state for example: The Newark Boys & Girls Clubs, Best friends, Special Olympics, schools in Jersey City, Rockaway, Camden, Maplewood/South Orange, Watchung, East Orange, Orange, Hillsborough, Far Hills, Watchung,Wall Township, Toms River South, Cranford, New Brunswick, South Brunswick, Paterson, Hawthone, Wayne.

NJ’s 4- Time Olympian is also a renowned public speaker, who delivers messages of health & fitness and empowerment, to corporations, colleges, medical programs/groups, universities, high schools, recreation departments and civic groups. Athletically, Joetta received an athletic scholarship and graduated from the University of Tennessee. Track enthusiasts consider Joetta as one of the most proliferate 800m runners in the world. After over 25 years of competition, Joetta retired after making the 2000 Olympic team. As a business woman, Joetta’s ambition determination and commitment are just a few qualities that have empowered others to achieve their destiny.
