June 10 - New Jersey Small Business Development Centers: 19th Annual Procurement Expo

The Procurement Expo & MatchMaker is a business-to-business/ business-to-government event, geared towards creating a path for various small businesses to secure contracts with corporations and government institutions.  This event is a pretty big deal as it has been noted for stimulating successful business relationships leading to government and private contract opportunities for the small businesses located throughout New Jersey. 

Last year’s Expo drew over 500 attendees resulting in business owners being able to employ New Jersey residents thereby contributing in small part to the economic recovery in our state.  And we expect participation by a larger number of established small / minority / women business owners, exhibitors and sponsors this year, including myriad technically competent New Jersey small businesses who offer quality, on-time delivery and dependable service.  Furthermore, the fact that the Procurement Expo will be held right at home at the Rutgers Newark Campus reiterates Newark’s enterprising future.
